Through cinematic storytelling, underwater filming, marine science, photography, immersive media and public outreach, the project will document some of the world’s most remarkable ocean regions, coral reefs, island communities and marine ecosystems at a time of rapid environmental change.

This is not only a documentary series. It is a visual, educational and human journey across the ocean — created to inspire awareness, dialogue and a deeper respect for the natural world.

The ocean is changing faster than most people can see. Coral reefs are under pressure, marine biodiversity is declining, plastic pollution continues to spread, and many island communities are already experiencing the consequences of climate and environmental change.

Escape to Pacific is being developed to make these distant realities visible, emotional and understandable to a broad international audience.

By supporting the project, you help us create films, photographs, educational materials, immersive content and public presentations that can reach viewers, students, communities, partners and decision-makers around the world.

Your support can contribute to the development, production and public outreach of the Escape to Pacific project, including:

  • a long-term premium factual documentary series
  • underwater and aerial filming in remote ocean regions
  • documentation of coral reefs, marine biodiversity and fragile ecosystems
  • collaboration with marine biologists, scientists, conservationists and local communities
  • photography, short films, trailers and visual materials for public awareness
  • educational content for schools, events, lectures and public presentations
  • immersive 360° and VR experiences that make the ocean accessible to wider audiences
  • post-production, music, editing, translations, subtitles and international presentation of the project

Every contribution helps us move closer to creating a lasting cinematic record of the ocean and the people connected to it.

Strategic Partnership

We welcome partnerships with companies, foundations, institutions and organisations that share our interest in ocean conservation, documentary storytelling, education, science, exploration, sustainability and responsible innovation.

Strategic partners may support the project through financial contributions, equipment, technology, logistics, research collaboration, communication support or long-term institutional cooperation.

Escape to Pacific is also open to philanthropic support from individuals, foundations and organisations that want to help bring urgent ocean stories to a wider public.

This support can help us document fragile marine environments, work with experts and local communities, and create educational and public-facing materials that extend the impact of the films beyond broadcast or streaming.

The project requires substantial resources for filming, travel, expedition logistics, underwater production, crew, marine research support, safety, post-production, music, sound design, colour grading, translations and delivery for international audiences.

Production support helps transform the vision of Escape to Pacific into finished films and meaningful public content.

We are also open to cooperation with selected partners in film equipment, underwater technology, drones, diving, sailing, satellite communication, renewable energy, data, AI, VR and immersive media.

Such partnerships can help us create stronger visual material, safer expedition conditions and more accessible educational outputs.

Individuals who feel connected to the ocean, nature, documentary film, education or conservation can also support the project through direct contributions.

Even smaller contributions can help with specific parts of the journey — from field production and educational materials to translations, public screenings and outreach.

Depending on the nature and level of support, selected partners and supporters may be acknowledged on the Escape to Nature website, in project updates, public presentations, educational materials or final screen credits, where appropriate.

Our goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency and shared purpose.

Supporters and partners may also receive selected project updates, photographs, behind-the-scenes materials or other communication outputs connected with the expedition and production process.

Escape to Pacific is a long-term creative, scientific and educational journey across the ocean.

We are looking for partners, supporters and collaborators who understand that powerful storytelling can help people see the natural world differently — and care about it more deeply.

For partnership, sponsorship, philanthropic support or direct contribution enquiries, please contact Escape to Nature.
